Lawsuit from Bazi perspective

On July 12, 2022, Twitter formally sued Musk for breaching a legally binding agreement to purchase Twitter. Musk said he was walking away from the deal on July 8, blaming Twitter for breaching the merger agreement by misrepresenting the number of fake accounts on the platform. A Delaware judge ordered a five-day trial to run Oct. 17-21 in Twitter Inc’s lawsuit seeking to hold Elon Musk to his $44 billion deal for the social media platform.

Let us see what is reflected in the Bazi chart of Elon Musk and the CEO of Twitter, Parag Agrawal, and what caused the lawsuit.

Elon Musk was born at the peak of the summer season when the fire element is prosperous. His day master of Yang Wood is considered weak. His favorable elements are water and wood. So this Tiger year wood element would be beneficial to him.

His fire element is his negative Hurting Officer (HO) in his month pillar which has caused many controversies in his tweets on Twitter as HO is an attention-seeking star, likes to be in the limelight, controversial and outspoken which also explained why he has many followers on his Twitter.  Having a strong negative HO made him outspoken, strongly opinionated, temperamental, hot-tempered, argumentative, loves to challenge, easily angered, irritated, like to debate, and needs to be right all the time.

On July 8, Musk announced he was unilaterally terminating the proposed acquisition of Twitter, claiming in a regulatory filing that Twitter was in “material breach” of several parts of the agreement by refusing to comply with Musk’s requests for spambot account data. In response, Twitter filed a lawsuit against Musk at the Delaware Court of Chancery with the goal of completing the acquisition.

He was born on Monkey day and it is clashing with the Grand Duke or Taisui which is the Tiger in 2022. Tiger clashed with Monkey in his day pillar. His day pillar represents his relationship with Twitter as Musk is proposing a takeover of Twitter. Inside Monkey, there is a 7k star which indicates a lawsuit. The Tiger-Monkey clash resulted in a lawsuit by Twitter against him. The lawsuit will escalate further in August as it is Monkey month. Tiger in 2022 also combines with Pig in his year pillar and also has a “destroy ” relationship with the Pig which reflected the failed takeover of Twitter by Musk.

Tiger also formed an ungrateful punishment with Monkey in his day pillar. He felt that with the proposed takeover he was helping Twitter to become a better social platform for freedom of speech but discovered that its management was ungrateful for misrepresenting the number of fake accounts on the platform.

Tiger also combined with Horse in his month pillar under the 3-harmony combination to produce more of his negative fire HO stars. There was also a strong negative fire HO star in the fire Goat month from July 7 to August 7 as shown below.

Ox in his current luck pillar also harmed Horse in his month pillar. Harm indicates betrayal or being let down by someone which in this case Twitter.

The overwhelming negative fire HO stars, the clash, ungrateful punishment, harm, and destruction inevitably caused him to call off the deal on July 8.

Agrawal, the CEO of Twitter was born during the summer season when the fire element is prosperous. He is considered a weak day master of Yin Wood. He needs water and wood which are his favorable elements. Fire, his negative HO is his unfavorable element.

The Grand Duke, Tiger also harmed Snake in the month pillar of Agrawal. Harm indicates betrayal or being let down by someone, in this case, Agrawal felt that he was betrayed when Musk suddenly called off the deal that caused the share price of Twitter to drop sharply.

He is currently in his favorable luck pillar of Water Rooster, however, the Rooster will destroy Rat in his year pillar and also clash Rabbit in his day pillar. The destruction and clash by Rooster resulted in the aborted takeover of Twitter.

There were also conflicts in the charts between Elon Musk and Agrawal.  Pig in the year pillar of Elon Musk’s chart clashes with Snake in the month pillar of Agrawal. Horse in the month pillar of Elon Musk also clashes with Rat in the year pillar of Agrawal. Horse in the month pillar of Elon Musk also destroyed Rabbit in the day pillar of Agrawal signified the ending or the aborted takeover of Twitter by Musk.

Coincidentally, the legal case has also been fixed for trial in October from 17-21 as there is a 7k star in October as shown below. Tiger in 2022 and Horse in Musk’s month pillar and Dog month from October 8 to November 6 form a 3-harmony combination to produce more negative fire HO stars indicating the lawsuit will be hotly contested.

What will be the outcome of the lawsuit? Elon Musk is currently in his luck pillar of Earth-Ox. Ox is his nobleman star. It is likely that the outcome will favor him. There is also a high possibility of an out-of-court settlement as DW star is strong in his luck pillar.
