Are you prone to sickness in 2020?

The new coronavirus has been declared a global emergency by the World Health Organization at the time of writing, as the outbreak continues to spread outside China.

“The main reason for this declaration is not what is happening in China but what is happening in other countries,” said WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.

The concern is that it could spread to countries with weaker health systems.

At least 213 people have died in China, with almost 10,000 cases of the virus at the time of writing.

There have been 98 cases in 18 other countries, according to the WHO, but no deaths. Most international cases are in people who had been to the Chinese city of Wuhan, where the outbreak began.

Many of us now are worried about this infectious coronavirus disease as currently there is no vaccine for it.

We can use the animal signs to check and identify who is weaker in terms of health or more prone to fall sick in 2020 and take steps to build up our immune system by taking supplements, vitamins, herbs, frequent exercise, practice personal hygiene like washing hands with soap, sanitizers,  wearing a surgical mask when in public places, avoid crowded place, go for regular medical check-up, avoid eating fried and oily food, drink enough water daily, eat more vegetables and fruits,  adopt a healthy lifestyle and have enough sleep and rest. The following animal signs have the sickness star or low energy or immune system in 2020-

• Pig-It has the Sickness Charm star which indicates that there is a strong possibility of you falling sick this year.

• Dog-It has a Funeral Guest star which indicates that your immune system is weak.

• Snake-It has a Death Charm star which indicates common illness related to the throat and respiratory system may affect you.

 

• Tiger-It has a Funeral Door star which indicates that your immune system is weak.

• Ox-It has a Bad Qi star which you have low energy and need to pay attention to your health

• Monkey – It does not have any good stars in 2020.
